Order Processing Time
Orders are prepared within 48 – 72 business hours from the date of order confirmation.
During promotions or peak seasons, processing time may take a little longer.
Delivery Time
Within Cairo and Giza: 2 to 4 business days.
Other governorates: 3 to 7 business days depending on the customer’s location.
Customers will be notified of the expected delivery date once the order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
We may offer free shipping promotions for orders exceeding a certain value (announced on our website or social media pages).
Shipping Company
We work with reliable courier companies to ensure fast and secure delivery.
A tracking number will be provided to the customer to follow up on the order.
Delivery Failure
If the order cannot be delivered due to the customer’s absence or incorrect address details, the customer will bear the cost of re-shipping.
