What are the terms, conditions, and privacy policies provided by Beauty Store Egypt?

 

We always strive for our customers’ satisfaction and aim to provide a safe and exceptional shopping experience. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can benefit from our return and exchange policy outlined below:

First: General Conditions

Customers have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days from the date of receipt.

The product must be in its original condition: unused, unopened, sealed in the manufacturer’s packaging, and accompanied by all accessories and invoices.

Products returned due to a manufacturing defect or an error in the order will be refunded or exchanged at our full expense.

Second: Non-Returnable Products

Beauty, skincare, and haircare products once opened or used.

Products purchased under clearance sales or special discounts (unless they have a manufacturing defect).

 

 

 

Third: Return & Exchange Steps

1. Contact customer service within the specified period via phone or email.

2. Your request will be reviewed, and return/exchange details will be confirmed.

3. We will arrange product collection from you or provide you with the return address through our shipping partner.

4. After inspecting the product:

It will either be exchanged with another product.

Or the amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method within 7–14 business days (shipping costs will be deducted if the reason is not related to a product defect).

Fourth: Important Notes

If the customer wishes to return a product without a valid reason (no defect or order error), the customer will bear the shipping cost.

If the error is from our side, the company will cover all costs.
